Natural Computing Framework

This project intends to develop a framework for Natural Computing applications. In this early stage it consists of a bunch of non parameterized programs.

It is mainly developed in Objective Caml, but is not restricted to this language. At the moment we have developed some experiments in other languages like Pliant.

Current release includes :

• A paralellized version of GEP ( Genetic Expression Programming) in Ocaml.
• A simple paralellized version of GEP in Pliant
• Bash scripts for paralellization control
• A version of John Koza's little GP in Ocaml
• A neural network program.
